Yes. A full-fledged story mode AND "Extra" (which is like online mode but offline) that you can enjoy.

Yes, yes it does. Is it better than Online Mode? Not by a long shot. Well, story mode is good fun. Extra is too.... But play for the community. That's how I roll.
