When should I start raising/feeding my PM?

Hey all.

I just started playing online a couple of days ago, and I just hit Lv11 (meaning I'm still doing C missions, trying to earn money and levels). I still don't have very much meseta, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations as to when I should start feeding my PM. By the way, I plan to make a pure DEX PM, which I believe is the GH-430.

Should I wait until I have more meseta, or should I just start power feeding ASAP?

If you're planning on pure Ranged (Dex) PM than I think the cheapest food is traps (100 each).

So, to feed your pm its 100 items will cost you 10,000 meseta per 12 hours.

So... once you can afford that, that's the time to start.

Another tack you can take is making and creating-over a ton of casts and putting their weapons in the common box in your room. Ranged weapons increase Ranged and decrease armor. I forget how many ranged weapons casts start with, but if its two then you make 50 casts per session, put their two weapons in your box, then feed your PM the 100 guns. Slow... but free.

I have a pure ranged PM, and I can tell you right now it's going to be expensive. Traps are the cheapest way, get the two star traps from any item shop. Burn, Freeze, and poison traps are the way to go. Costs about 10k a day for all 100 traps at 100 m each, so you're going to be doing alot of dragon C runs for the necesarry funds. 20k a day if you really want to push it, and you time it so you can feed it twice a day, once every 12 hours. It's worth it in the end in my oppinion, as I really love my GM-430. I've got her production level 100, and battle level 25 or so. She's great for synthing firearms, with about an 85% chance of success for 5 star weapons.

She also uses Freeze Bullets in combat, and it seems to be level 4 freeze, as it can freeze anything and everything, even the large enemies. Doesn't attack much until enemies get relatively close, but great for covering your back. It seems she can also heal herself (and you, if you're in range) when her health gets low, but this is not very reliable as she doesn't do it all the time. Probably more frequent as you raise their battle levels. They say the primary weapon for the GM-430 is the pistol, but I see her using the rifle more often than the pistol...

But yeah, it's gonna take a while to get those levels up. I suggest you get strong enough to solo a De Ragan C run, and do that repeatedly for meseta. You can usually earn 1.5-3k per run by yourself, so you only have to do maybe 5 or 6 runs or so to get the 10k needed for a full feeding. Having higher luck for the day helps, as it seems to affect how often meseta drops.
