The Gold Svaltus is unavailable in US anyway because it is only in a certain "S Rank" mission. Not sure what it drops. Chaos are about as rare as Rappies it seems. It's awesome because it can be. ;P

The Gold Svaltus shows up randomly at the end of the Relics mission on Neudaiz

Moatoob isn't THAT awesome. The levels though, are different, so they give you some sense of replayability, 'specially when you see everyone in Field Base doing the same thing over and over and over again.

They're not Chao's, they're Jao's, hence, why they look mutated. Jaw + Chao = Jao

Never came across a Gold Svaltus, and I don't know what it drops. Gomen~
