Teleporting to a specific location on a planet from your roo

I was just wondering how you get it so you can teleport straight to a certain location in one of the cities?

For example, I know right now it will give me the option to teleport straight to the Tenora Works shop from my room when I select Moatoob, but I cant do this on the other planets. Even one of my other characters is able to teleport to the different parum districts.

you need to enter every city area on the planet you want this option open to.

I.e. on Parum, Central, East, West, Guardian HQ and GRM shop

You have to have been in every building on said planet.

Actually I have wondered the same thing, I can never get Parum shortcuts .. but I recieved Nuediaz shortcuts ... and i have tried every mission to get Parum's .. so i know it cant be mission based L/

you don't need to talk to anyone. Just set foot in each area.

You don't need to visit EVERY building in the cities to have them filled out for fast transport, just the Guardians base, the company shop and each 'district'. You don't have to visit the clothes/parts/synth shop, nor do you need to visit the bar on Moatoob.

some times u havta move the slectan of plants up and down once i oly did this 1 time and i stoped maken me walk thare and u can go 2 the space port and do that i think

I did not know that. I knew I had access to everywhere in Parum and wandered why the other planets didn't offer the same. Thanks guys.
