Buying 6* rifle for 25k, either GRM, or Kubara version of the GRM or Yohmei, I am not buying the Yohmei version.

The difference between Yohmei and GRM rifles in ATP is scant, but the difference in PP is astronomical. Rangers who don't use Yohmei gear are daft.
