View Full Version : Hangouts...
So the pub on Moatoob is a big success.
So then, why did no one ever hang out on Parum in the West District juice shop? It's the same thing, but outside (with alot more seats)...
Just wondering...

Because no one tried setting it in stone? Back then everyone was still focusing on levelling, but now that everyone's higher level, they hang out a lot more.
Here's a scene from a chat with Boo Chan on Fawik's Pub;

Idunno, just seems to me like everyone's like "ohsnap! Somewhere to hang out lawl!", as if there wasn't, before.

I just wish you could have 4 people in a booth.

You should be able to. That would have been nice and it wouldn't have been hard on Sega's side either. I guess they figured there's enough places to sit in the game as is, anyway.

probably because its closer to the flyer base than the juice bar was. for the pub, all you gotta do is leave the pub, and take a left and theres the flyer base, but in holtes, to get to the juice bar, to had to go west. and then youd have to go through 2 loading screens till you read teh flyer base.

Yeah the bar in Moatoob so needs a jukebox. They had one in "PSO" 3.

The pub should have been 2x the size, the seating should have been less crammed for the camera and sitting should allow for first person view or sitting should set the camera to a different position, like at the end of a table or something.
Heh, all of this can be solved if we move the meeting spot to the juice bar on Parum. Plenty of seating and no camera issues there. And you get to see people running to and from the GRM shop, and potentially people heading to the Subway once that gets unlocked.
See? Parn knows what's up...

I jokingly went to the bar to try to pick up chicks. It worked. I had a fun night. Wash, rinse, repeat.
I went to the bar on Universe 2 to pick up guys. It didn't work out for some reason! I'll have to work on my pickup lines.

It's funny that it's easy to pick up girls with a girl character...

The pub... come Nov 24th, it will be the unofficial meeting place for the british to team up... you Americans will just have to stick with your trendy juice bar!

All the people I see in that place have to be violating the fire code or something. Er, that is, if Moatoob weren't so lax on those "law" things.

Y'know, I've been talking to some people on the Vent server I go on, and we think that we're not getting an update next week. For one, Thanksgiving is Thursday, and we all know we have maintenance every Thursday. So, if we DO get maintenance, then we MIGHT be getting an update. As far as we know, nothing stays open that long on a major holiday such as that.
Friday's going to be busy for sure though, with the "After-Thanksgiving-Sale".
Know what that means? A long, messy day at EB Games (I work there).
