I was doing Valley of Carnage A rank runs and found a 5 star spear with 24% lightling on it. I thought you don't find weapons with elements already on them

yea its normal i have found 4-5 star weps with ice on them during parum missions
but i should add they r extremly rare

There are weapons with set elements.. Like the 2* Sword from GRM wich has Ice elements.

Found a 25% Ice Calibur(5* Sword) from boxes after De Ragan. It's not an uncommon thing.

Hell, just farm Parum Relics C, you will load your inventory full of 23% Ice Twin Knives, lol.
