A few questions for JP players

1. Can you buy the 9* weapon boards from NPC's?

2.If so could someone tell me what the mats for the 9* axe is?

3.If you cant buy the 9* boards what are the mats for the 8* axe?

4.What exactly is relic edge for? I'm doubting its for the Svaltus sword because Svaltus Edge is available online but i could be wrong.

8 star is the maximum you can buy a board for in stores. Anything higher than that has to be found.

If I remember correctly Relic edge is used in the making of a "true" Crea doubles.

Axes require:
10x ??? Photon
6x Ore of star value you're making
1x for 7*, 3x for 8*, 5x for 9* Stelnium
3x for 7*, 6x for 8*, 9x for 9* Mot Ebon

EDIT: For what it matters the drops for it are like this:

7* board drops in Canyon 1 S
8* weapon drops in Canyon 1 S
9* weapon drops in Bruce's Dungeon A (from lvl 80 bil de bears of doom)
