What are the Requirements of a 420 PM?

At Lv20 it needs 10 or more Strk
At L50 i don't think it matters (it either goes 301 or 302; 20+ Strk for 301, otherwise 302)
If 301: at Lv80 needs less than 30 Strk
If 302: at Lv80 needs less than 30 Rng
