Hi I am Wheatpenny,some of you have met me and know me well.I am the manager of the Broken Arms Melee Manufacturing Incorporated.
Discounts-If you can catch me in my room when purchasing with me if you mention PSO World I will give you a 10% Discount on an item of your choice.
Stock-I mainly deal in the creation of striking weapons but will atempt any order you would like here are the following terms and conditions of special orders.
1.If the item has ANY percentage less than 100% for success I am not responsible for replacement of your items on a failed synthesis.
2.You are to supply your own synthesis items for me to make you a custom order.
3.And while I certianly won't require payment for a special order I would apreciate any donation of synthesis board(s) to make items to keep the shop stocked.
