C runs are good for nanocarbon/zepotite/marselines.

Some rangers were saying they could solo it on A rank in 16 minutes and gain 6k-18k and alot of 5* weapons

So are they lying or is it some kind of mission easily done by rangers

They are lying.

Unless they have like, +10 Kubara weapons and items like that it would probably take them 20 minutes just to clear out block 3 [like 10 Jarbas and 10 Polavohras]

They're lying because the mission involves bugs, and solo'ing bugs takes a good chunk of time.
