Does anyone know how to get an S rank on the part of the mission where you have to clear the train of the rogues. There are 2 locked doors but i can only open one of them, and im missing like only 5 points towards the S rank.

Your help would be much appreciated

Yes. After clearing the SECOND car, go to the far back corner of the first. There's a Greena there to kill.
