Negative. Offline mode is sold "as is". It's free, it's good to kill time, you shouldn't expect too much of it. Even the story line continuity isn't "offline" content; you have to play online to experiment all of it. Guess that's the price of playing offline and not having to pay the monthly fee; you're stuck with what they sold you.
