The reason I'm asking is because I'm always seeing the board for it in player shops and the price is typically around 5k-10k. Is there something special about the board?

I know that if you eat it you get 70hp (whoopdee freaking doo). I'm guessing its more beneficial to give it to your PM. If so, what stats does it raise and by how much?

I did a search but there are literally hundreds of results so forgive me if this has been asked before.
