PM combat level?

I've hardly used my PM in battle. And I hear that it has a combat level? How do you check this? I serached but only found threads of people saying how high it was, and psupedia doesnt even load for me for some reason. Anyone got a quick answer for me?

How does it level up?

It levels up by the final rank/score you get at the end of each mission. Doesn't matter what difficulty the mission or anything else.

I guess when it attacks and kills things and when you finish a mission? Or it could just be when you finish a mission. It was discussed in another thread on how.
