I'm playing someones elses characters! XBOX360 EU PAL

I just bought a HL over here in the UK and logged in for the first time.

I now have 4 characters I never even created, one of which is level 20.

I also have a room full of decorations.

Its appears I am playing someone elses account.

I contacted Sega, no response.
I contacted M$, didnt want to know.

What now?

Not sure, but I imported the US version.
I'm worried it won't work with a UK guardian licence...
But in that case I'll jump on a bus to the mall and pick up a UK copy.

Mine is a US region free version, with a UK licence.

I am currently logged in playing someone else characters.

I still have had no response on this issue from Sega or Microsoft.

Its a pretty bad bug, I could tecnically delete his characters and items if I so wished (I wouldnt of course)

Pretty serious issue which shows how incompetent Sega/Microsoft are.

I presume you do mean a Guardian licence, and are not talking about a Blue Burst Hunters licence.

The Xbox 360 Guardians Licenses went up at midnight, that's how they have a license.

it could only be a blue burst HL... i tried to make an account last night.

you cant buy the hunters license thru xbox market place, its completely seperate.

you need to buy that thru the playsega billing site when(if?) it comes back up. it does seem pretty poor on segas part that on the EU launch day nobody can actually play the game.

I bought mine through the "market Place", I was up and running in no time.

I used my CC, but there was also the option of useing a Pre-paid card...
