I've come to the conclusion that those folks at the MS Rep Chat have *no clue* as to when PSO's coming out. Here's a transcript of a chat I had on 11/20:

At least it is sumthin, if you go to sega.com and e-mail them, you won't get **** out of them. It is not the rep's fault, they just aren't kept up to date and probably for a reason.
