For arm units, it depends how much power you want at the expense of accuracy. Mega Power is probably the best, but last time I checked player shops it also cost the most

Mega / Knight, +25 ATP, + 15 ATA
Mega / Power, +50 ATP
Stella / Power S, +60 ATP, -20 ATA

Mega/Power is from De Regan A boss drops. Mega/Rainbow, I have no idea.

Yes, it's from Rainbow Beast A.

And what it does is reduces all incoming damage by 3% (which will be increased to 8% in a later patch). Melee damage from elemental enemies is technically elemental damage - the only mobs in the game that are non-elemental AND do physical attacks are the Spec. Ops units in Endrum Remnants. They're the only mobs that Mega/Rainbow won't reduce damage against.

Technically, it increases each of your elemental resistances by 3%, but again, that has the same effect as shaving off a flat 3% of incoming damage, since, as I said, melee damage from elemental enemies is still elemental.

Currently, it only increases the elemental resist of your equipped armor by 8%, as opposed to all elemental resists, so you're wearing an ice armor any fire damage you take will just end up doing more.
A friend and I tested this earlier when I was trying to decide whether to get a Harudorain(31% fire from NPC) or a Sorisenba(11% ice) for my caseal, word of mouth around here is that it increases ALL elemental resists, but this is just not true (unless ST broke something again).

For a B unit that sells for(will sell for) 10k off the colony, it doesn't really make sense for it to give +8% to every single elemental resist does it? And from several tests we did with that unit, it appears it doesn't.
