Symbol chat?!

I read that symbol chat wasn't in PSU....but the other day at the Raffon Field Base I saw somebody use a heart symbol in a sentence. They said something like "I {heart} something or the other". I thought i might have misread and looked in my log and sure enough they used a heart in the sentence.

Is there a way to use symbol chat afterall or maybe this was a hacker?

JP-enabled systems/keyboards can also type in JP characters. Perhaps, that's what you saw.

I think that it's possible that PSU is either unicode or just supports a lot of different alt commands. If it is unicode, you can go look up an alt-command guide to figure out the keys for various symbols.

I've seen the heart too.
btw, if you type /dice or /card, you can choose a card or roll a dice. Me and my friend did this to figure out who got a certain item.
