PSU-PS2: Ps2 PSU version overly interlaced?

I don't know if its just my eyes or what but is the ps2 version of PSU overly interlaced. I've some people say that the game looks fine but to my eyes its kind of painful. I'm using an HDTV if that means anything ^_~*

I don't know about overly interlaced, but it certainly is extremely pixelated.

It looks like total ass on my HD which really sucks. There's no real reason why they can't put progressive scan in newer PS2 games. Tekken 5 has it.

It looks like pso on my normal tv, but on a HD tv it's ugly as hell.

It looks better on my little 10 year old tv sitting in my compy room then on the 46' HD in the living room...sucks but w/e.

are you guys serious? I have no problems with the graphics on PS2 PSU. well, I'm using a pretty big tv but other than that, its a normal TV.

That's kinda their point though Shiro.... That you have to use a "normal" TV to see PSU in a decent manner. If you use a high quality TV, like a HDTV, it turns the game to crap (or so they say).

While on the PC it only looks better in the higher resolutions.

Someone posted a long time ago about how awesome PSU looked on an HD screen, but they were also on the Xbox360. Whether it makes THAT much of a difference, I've no clue.

It should since the xbox360 is a way more powerful system then the Ps2. Just like the PC is more powerful then both consoles.

ah, ok. well, I'm not using an HDTV or anything so ya, I guess I now know not to use one when playing this game.
