PSU: Tons of 31% Fire Ripa-Zashi's all over the place?

I've had like 3 Rippa-zashi's drop from the Neu version of relics A.
All are above 30% fire.

What is up with there being tons and tons of 31% Fire Ripa-Zashi's all over the place... dont belive me? search shops... If duping starts on this game, I will quit. It better be some fluke glitch with the board or something... Plz plz...

Any time a weapon drops from a monster, it may or may not have element. If they have element, the value will always be the same no matter what. For example, Agata Relics S, you can find a 35% dark Gamisaki. Anytime one of these drops, it will ALWAYS be 35% dark and nothing more or less.

They're just drops from The Holy Grounds on Neudaiz. They drop almost as frequently as Knives in Relics C (which ALWAYS come with 23% Ice).

odd percentages on weapons means a monster dropped it or it was from a shop.

The drop ones always seem to have odd percents, crafted items always have even percents

The 360 is safe so far, and Broomop aswell as his teamates decided to pause forawhile since the economy and suchs on PSU is newbie for now, B man decided to not release the dupe program because it wont make him money aswell as making others get credit, and also he didnt wanted to screw PSU up, and the other people that pretent to be hackers are noobs to even attempt to succed on it, and yes there is Dupe program created by Broomop and other hack stuffs, and as final choice B man is moving to RF: Online to continue his work there since it interest him better then PSU.

He has infinite meseta. He doesnt really care about the economy.

EDIT: With no Real rares and suchs he got no way around to sell meseta on a decent way.

He also might have not released it because:

1) He doesn't have online infinite meseta.
2) Doing so involves hacking a remote server, which tends to get US Federal Authorities involved. It's not fun having them scrutinize your life.
3) He and his friends are complete posers.

Probably it's all of the above.
