A friend and I just came up with the potentially greatest idea.

Tag

Get a decent sized amount of people, and set the boundries (boundries could be specific towns, rooms, universes, floors, etc)

Pull a 1-2-3 NOT IT etc

To tag someone, you have to open up a trade window.
Or you could use invites to signify tag if nobody has someone else's card/you trust people not to abuse the system
