Where is Tero/Restore dropped?

I kinda wanna do some rare hunting tonight and since im in love with the Me/restore unit I put on not too long ago, I saw this in the database and figured I'd ask if anyone knew where it dropped by any chance? Is it on Moatoob from the Boss or something..? A and B rank missions only or what?

WOW DID I READ THAT WRONG. I thought it was Tero / Legs XD that this forum is about. I've never heard of anything called Tero/Restore...

Tero/legs drop from him, but i dont know if Tero/Restore also drops from him.
