The Crea Double (Relic Weapon) Stats are:
PP 438
ATP 352
ACC 128

10 Star, and as a True Crea, it has no race restriction save for the 520 ATP requirement to wield it.

No clue about the Salvaltus online stats though.

The crea weapons we have right now are replicas, and only useable by Newman and Human.

The True Claire weapons are useable by everyone, the only problem is Newman and Human can't equip them until alot later than everybody else. Why? We have low ATP. I don't even think Newman Figunners have the ATP required for Crea Double even if they had one.

Crea relicas are restricted to Newman/Human.
Probably to make up for the lack of SUV/Nanoblasts.

True Creas have no restriction, and they have the added benefit of looking like old PSO weapons.

Garnet is right about that...
Hell, Human/Newman Protransers can barely equip A rank Axes.
As far as ATP goes, Human/Newman do end up having to level up a bit more in order to equip certain weapons.

Pardon me if I'm wrong but I thought Svaltus Sword was the A Rank and Svaltus Edge was the Biomaterial needed to make said weapon(that's also what the database lists it as). I could be wrong but if I knew the edge wasn't in the game it would save me a lot of time.

Svaltus Edge and Relic Edge are both seperate items. Svaltus Edge is used for Svaltus Sword (not yet in game), whereas Relic Edge is used for Crea Double (also not yet in game) and possibly other things.

I'm pretty sure Newman Males do. But I'm also pretty sure Newman Females don't.

Also, it goes worth mentioning that on the japanese servers, it supposedly takes like 40-50k for all the items other than the goldania and the board.

Not wood. It takes 3 Junoarin, essentially 10 star ore.

I don't think it's a hardwood, from what I've seen the wood is procured through pannons.
