as far as regarding fortechers (maybe) whichever class that can use lvl 30 techniqs does the magic get even bigger after 20? or does it gain anthing?

At 21 it gets better...Whether it's bigger radius or better chance to inflict SE I don't know.

All PA and Technics should have a change of radius and visuals once you hit the lvls of 21 and 30.

Since this isnt like PSO ( where as the higher the lvl, the more the AoE hits), the AoE's damage is fixed meaning that a RA tech will only hit 3 at any lvl.

the only thing that's gained is more damage, and a biger radius that it does. I dont know about SE
