How do you get the disks you don't see in the shops?

(either that or you have to believe in future -to be released- content... either works)

Flame? 'Stares' It's bright and pretty... Uhhh, anyway, I've seen that they are obtainable offline, seeing as how it's the only mode I can go on.

EDIT2: Offline mode? Finish the mission as S Rank with desired weapon user (if Lou finishes with a Double Saber, you get the disk!)
