Is it HU3 FO5? nad is a wartecher more on the Force side with humans or more on the Hunter side with humans or is it balanced with humans?

Their abilities are balanced. Skills cap at level 20. Techs cap at level 20. Bullets cap at level 10.

The main requirement is that you have to be a kick ass player who wont whine about not having top ATP stats.
