If you're a ranger, use wand + beatgun combo. You will regen both.
you see, you cast super fast and rods are bad.
grind your wand and it'll have more pp.
i think because ffxi has rdm af hat for fast cast, you should also wear the fast cast head unit. i mean, wat else 2 put in head slut lol?
i don't think you can compare ffxi to psu. you can't equip fast cast earring in psu, therefore your logic is wrong.
i believe segateam will release patches in a similar fashion as jp patches. they won't remember to release the rappy event for us until 2007 though just like psu episode 3.
