1. Own special story, I've heard.
2. You get an NPC card after you finish the mission with said NPC
3. Unknown to me.
4. Totally new. SEED new!

You've been Bleach'd, please thank me.

Goggles? You mean, like, those things you need to see the things that make seed dead?
That means we're going to have seed missions?
*cries*

1. Its a continuation of the offline storyline starting a couple years after the end of the offline storyline (if I recall)
2. Raia Martinez will be with you in the missions. Each of the subsequent missions afterwards have had the racial npcs. Either way, every single one has given a card. Raia -> Lou -> Hyuuga -> Maya (so far)
3. No voiced cutscenes, but there are several cutscenes and scripted events.
4. Some areas are old, some are new. The first area is Mizuraki at night, which was just added to the jp version as a normal mission. Of course, the 2nd area was moatoob caves, and the 3rd was Hive. But they've planned out atleast 8 chapters so far, so theres a long way to go.

So, the online story mode is going to be like the offline story mode, only your character is actually worth something, and you can't rush through them all in one night?

Cool beans.

Oh, I like that too. With the exception of the seed attacks, these online missions are sounding fun.

Why no love for the SEEDs? Reflector malfunction? I'm sure SEEDs online are less... painful.

In all honesty SEED missions offline were very cumbersome. it wasnt the most enjoyable experence.

Don't hate goggles! Just hate the SEED then.
Besides, without goggles, how can I get to those two spots in Agata Relics?

I just use FP view to aim my bad-shooting reflector. If it works, anyways.

FPV doesn't work with anti-seed weapons. They're like mechs in that regard. The seed levels are just annoying, though, especially if going for an S rank. It just takes so long to get rid of a pod.

By the way, how can you get to those two spots in Agata Relics? Anything special in them?

Goggles! That's why. ;D
I mean, you have to find the weak spot in the wall and bust it open.
That's why Goggles are the greatest item one could have. More goodies for the win!
EDIT: Okay, Shift + Enter while not typing = POST

Seconded. I would have thought that goggles = activates "special points" when you scroll over them in "sight distance". Not "go right up to it, press your face up against it, put goggles on, then maybe, MAYBE the spot will activate"...
