PSU-PC: PSU character creation?

I have a question about the create a character thing. I heard it is seperate from the main story and you can create a character of your own. Is that only online? or can you still create and play your own character offline?

It's both, You must unlock Extra Mode while playing Story mode. Pass through Chapter 4 and it'll unlock Oflline mode.

MayLee has it right on the dot. Also, remember to look below the selections while making your character. nya. i have a stupid question D= don't know if it's really fitting ín here.
but it's also about character creation.
i wanted to know if there is somewhere the color grey for hair and eyes D=

For really light grey, I move the cursor to the orange/yellow color section, near the top. For dark grey, same section, but near the bottom. It'll be a warm grey-brown.

For more of a "cool" grey, try the blue color section, near the top (can't get a dark grey here, though).

Yes you have the option of taking any color you choose.
