Universe 13???

On the 360 servers, this universe always seems to have more people on it than the others (with the expection of 1,2,3 obviously).

Is this the universe of another fan based site? Like pso-life was? Anyone know or have ideas?

I don't know but sometimes it usually has one star. Universe one and two are raising the stars but I got all surprised when I saw UNI 13 With a star
