I'm trying to save my money for needed things, I have 14K at the moment and I'm trying to mark down some things on my personal Christmas list.

A Hajirod is least on my list. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif I've been intrested in the Me/Restore and I tried buying it but when I viewed it it had the Red X wich mean I couldn't equipped it. I need to know if Forces can use Me/Restore and I also need to know what Amor/Lines are best for Forces at the moment.

Right now I'm using Hel type armor.

You have to ensure that the armor your currently have is 1) Rank B, because Me/Restore is a Rank B Unit and 2) it has an Extra Slot.

I believe Me/Restore is a B rank unit, and therefore requires a B rank armor.

Best armors. Hmm, still using Ageha-senba myself because I'm a cheap bastid. But I think Te-Senba and Hoza-Senba are the best.

EDIT: Ok, Te-Senba outclasses Hoza in all aspects.

Armor-wise, I sport the Ageha-Senba armor (made it myself with 20% Dark). It's B rank and it does the trick. You can buy the basic version for 18k on Neudaiz (but with no elemental attributes).

I don't know where to get the boards for that. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

I bought my board for 2.5k from a player shop. I usually see the boards selling between 3 to 4k. I have NO IDEA where they drop, but player shops are probably the easiest spot to find'm.

Note - I gave this a shot with my PM (who's only a level 6, 4 Tech 2 Striking) and had a 51% chance of success on a day with Luck 3.

I'd recomend Yohmeis, but a Tenora's handy for that body slot, allowing you to help keep your happy FO alive ^_^' I do that with me newman, but she's HU... I dunno' if you'd wanna' give up the head slot...

Tried to make a Gigaline yesterday with my level 100 Armor PM with 56% success rate. Got a monomate.

This was my second attempt, had a 37% success rate first time around and got a monomate then too.

http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif Time to farm for materials and hopefully the third time is the charm.

At least you got something useful... I always get Koltova Gras, and to my knowledge, there isn't a board in extra that uses it...

Mmm, that'll add for my collection of Kolvlta Sandwitches. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I use Hoza-senba, Me / Quick, Mega / Stamina, and Mega / Wall. I want Tero / Legs...
Force really doesn't need Me / Restore. It only restores 1% HP/tick, and you already have Resta. It's more for RA and HU soloing...

If I'm not mistaken, they are dropped by Ageetas on Neudaiz in Holy Ground B (but possibly anywhere else on planet).

Of course, since Beasts don't need an extra slot and all, only one (I think) Tenora line that exists actually has an extra slot. It sucks, but that high EVP can save your hide sometimes. DARN YOU BEEEEAAAASSSTTTSSS!

I believe you can buy the Ageha-Senba board in the Neudaiz synth shop? Nice armor! I got lucky synthing, however. Made the Ageha-Senba w/ 24% dark on my first try (50something % chance), THEN found a Gi-Senba board and made IT on my first try (37% chance).

For all of the times my PM actually succeeds in synthing, I don't get mad at it for failing anything....(not even the Crea Saber synth...w/ a 78% chance...I mean, c'mon...78%!!!!)

i have both hoza-senba(on sale) and te-senba and the difference is 5 points more on all stats on the te-senba. now im trying to make har-senba 7* and seems to be amazingly better than te-senba.

The Yohmei armor seems to have two distinct lines. One has only 1 slot and better stats, and the other has slightly worse stats but more slots.

Could someone explain which armors fall into which categories past the Me/Ageha-senba point?

Not necessarily...the next two (5*) sets of line sheilds after the Ageha/Me are the Assino-Senba and the Gi-Senba.

Assino-Senba*:
DFP 98
EVP 100
MST 77
Slots Head, body

Gi-Senba:
DFP 101
EVP 110
MST 88
Slots Head, body, extra

*=stats taken from PSOW item database...I have never owned Assino armor, but I knew that the stats were lower than the Gi, so I never bothered.

As you can see, the Gi-Senba outclasses the Assino-Senba in all catagories. Although, they pattern you noticed for the previous armors makes more sense. Seems there would be no positive in aquiring the Assino-Senba.

BTW, if you notice on the description of the Ageha-Senba armor, it states something along the lines of "works well with certain throwing blades". I read somewhere that there was an Ageha type card weapon that would "match" this armor, but I don't know exactly what would happen if you were to equip both at the same time (stat boost??)

that freaking sucks! I spent half my meager fortune gathering mats for the gigaline. i gave it a try with a 34% chance and it worked! Before and after that I've had the worse luck. I try not to complain now since the gigaline. but my paitence with my luck is wearing thin! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Keep in mind that the current rumor is that there are in fact Weapon and Weapon/Armor Sets now coming out (perhaps even as soon as this next update). Basically think Diablo or WoW and you have the right idea.

I know the JP wiki has this info somewhere....but its not linked here at work but at home. Also, dont really want to be wasting even more work trying to translate it again. So I'll have to see if I can find it and I'll see if I can send it this way next week back at work.

Of course, ppl like Espio and Tycho are also either JP speakers or faster then myself on translations....so perhaps one of them would be so kind as to do the work for me ^_^

Armors like Assino-Senba and Phatomline have lower stats then the equal starred counterparts. This is because they are 1. Set armor. By completing the set you get bonuses to your stats. 2. You can synthesize them with any element of your chosing.

By equipping a Phantomline armor and a seven star Phantom rifle you gain its "bonus" for completing the set. The same goes for Crimsonline and the Crimsonblade saber. The Rabol Rad and the Mukarad Spear. The Assino-senba, Rikau-senba, the Yamata-senba etc etc. I'm not sure of what the actual bonus is but I hear the Crimson set gets +25% ATP, +25% ATA, and +25% DFP.
