Max stats?

Okay, I know that at lvl. 200, your stats won't be maxed. And I know that you cna max your stats using materials, and they won't go past your max... But will MAGs, Weps, Barriers, Armor, and Units exceed your class limit? Because if they don't... That's pretty lame. Cuz' then you could pretty much max every stat, just by equipping the right stuff. Anyone wanna help out a n00b and answer this question? Thanks.

Mags, Materials, and Units count towards your base stats, which are always inside the ( ) brackets and are the only thing that max.
Weapons, Armor, Shields, and Shifta/Deband do not have any effect on the max and are listed to the left outside the brackets.
