One disk two offlines?

Is it possible to activate 2 offlines or an offline and an online together with one disc only? As the game doesn't need the DVD to play is it possible without mucking up my online and stuff? My bro really wants to play it and doesn't want to buy it so... Jst asking if it basically muck everything up or if its ok. He won't go online tho.

He can play offline yes, just can't go online unless he makes a account.
