PSU Minigame Ideas

I had this minigame brainstorm session while flaming another user's idiocy, haha.

Ok, we all agree Sega is a noob in the minigame department. It's a fact. If they read these forums however, they would have a plethora of ideas at their disposal.

PvP Hoverboard/Floader (speederbike)/Lunga (chocobo?) /G-Flyer (spaceship) races??

PvP Hoverboard trick courses??

PvP Striker (Tank) Assaults ala Halo 2?

Carnival Missions with gun/bow "Target Range", "max kill" booth and a multitude of hand-eye coordination games.

Hell, even holiday themed obstacle courses would be pleasing.

Sega could care less about minigames in PSO. If they apply things like this, I know fans would be ecstatic. If they don't, then I just can't help feeling that we are getting a half-assed game experience.

I'd like to see sniping/bow minigames, or hitting moving targets with diga minigames so other forces don't complain about aiming troubles. I'd like to see, and fight, a special monster with a special way to beat it as a special event more than minigames.

i like the hoverboard trick course idea sounds like a tony hawk game and the carnival sounds fun too i hope sega uses theses ideas

The only game I liked in that was the fire cathing thing. Yuh... The quest was fun anyway. I liked the special effects on your character if you got enough tickets. (Were they tickets?)

I'd like to see some tradeing card mini game in PSU , as long as it doesnt cost alot of mestea to fund then people would prolly ignore it. ;d

I'm all for a dancing mini game too! But only if other people can observe your playing...because you know you only want a dance off if you can make yourself look stupid in front of your friends.

This would be even more super cool if you could force your PM to participate with you. XD Make that b*tch dance like a fool too...consider it payback for all the times they've given you expensively synthed monomates!

Besides PvP? PM duels could work... maybe Hoverboard/Floader/Lunga racing.

One of these days, I really need to find some .hack//sign subs on youtube... too hard to watch stuff late at night, very erratic...


As for minigames, archery minigames would be fun... as long as they arent too much like Zelda ones... those can be HARD...

I've got all episodes and OVA's except for the final .Hack//GIFT (have Intermezzo and Unison). Lol. At least you know where it's from, although wether or not you'd like to face it is something quite different. Though, as you probably know, Skeith is verry simmilar to the biped Strateria in the RELICS sites.
