dual fluorescent bulb?

my girlfriend found a dual fluorescent bulb in story mode and i was wondering if that can be found online yet or if it's coming out anytime soon. anyone know?

If anything, I'd expect it in S rank Fight for Food or something.

I heard the handguns are a reward for a mission S rank, and someone was crying about using their only kubara wood on it. Save it for something else.
