PA Zero?

Hmm tell me, where there ever be an item that will allow you to unlearn a PA? I say this because well even with 36 PA slots i may not want to know some that i've learned Ex: I learned a handgun PA when i plan on learning a cross bow PA.

When you hit 36 you will be able to overwrite pa's

You can write over PA's after you hit the max. When you learn your 37th, it will allow to write over a pre-existing one.
