1037 PP, 152 TP, requires 39 TP.. so it's arguably better than the other 3 star rod Rayharod.

Oh hell yeah! I remember WoW snowball fights fondly. I also remember last year somewhere seeing pics of a guy who caused a 40 man raid wipe by throwing snowballs at his own teammates during the worst possible times during the game. XD (Because in WoW everytime you threw and hit someone with a snowball it would interrupt whatever they were doing. Imagine being in the middle of fighting a boss mob and someone constantly pelting you with snowballs and interrupting your weapon hits. XD Or hitting as many enemies at once so they would all come in mass to beat the hell out of your party).

not really its "forcy" bit its even better to have them long after the season because thats when they are rare and not every joe will have the same weapon as you.

its worse in PSU than it was PSO since all rank weapons look the same.... forces have it even worse than everybody else because only one company makes rods

so all the C & B rods look the same, then we get 1 more model for A rank, then we have the S rank... thats it with the exception of a few probably very rare weapons like the psyco wand.
