PM reset

does anybody know if there will be an item that will reset your PM's stats?
i've heard this is so.
if it is, when will it be released?

I just butchered my PM. I think it has 12 Str and 2 Tech. I want to make a Striking PM (or a 70 Str 30 Tech 250 for solo'ing, not sure whiche is best for me) to make melee weapons.

I'll wait until I can zero out the levels before starting over, wouldn't want to waste my time/materials on somethinig I'm going to reset.

On a serious note though..

I've been lingering around the Psupedia.org page and I was looking at the "Currently unobtainable PM"s and I thought to myself "Hm.. I really want that 451.. She's independent and does Ice damage..I wonder how I can get that."

Then I read on. Is it me or do I really have to use the Zero Device on her and bring her back up in order to change her into a 451? 450 is good, but that Ice type would be a lot cooler (Pun intended).

What do you guys ( and gals respectively) know about this?
