X360 PSU connection help please.

I am in UK (England) And having a very hard time in connecting to The phantasy star universe online I dont see why for i have AOL platinum broadband which is quite fast i have no problems with getting on 360 live itself and all my other games work fine. The error message i keep getting on the xbox360 PSU server (As i click xbox live on main psu menu) It waits for about 3 mins then Always comes up with this same message "Connection to Phantasy star universe server failed" This has happened to many times now and i have been doing the disconnect reconnect method but no luck =( I have also tryed changing my dns to 4.2.2.2 And my secondary DNS to 4.2.2.1 but later i found that solution mainly only works for USA Iff you could help me please do it will be very apreciated. (I have a speed touch router)

I had the same issue and apparently it's somewhat widespread... this works ( credit to SuperFuzz at sega.com's boards)

1. From the Xbox Dashboard, select the System Blade.
2. Select Network Settings
3. Select Edit Settings
4. Select DNS Settings
5. Select Manual Settings
6. Input 4.2.2.1 for the primary DNS number and 4.2.2.2 as the secondary DNS number.
7. Test the connection to see if your connection still works.
8. Play the game and see if it will log you in.

if someone could stick this in a FAQ about 360 specific issues, that would be swell.. I've been thinking PSU wasn't ever going to run online for me

I'm now having basically the same problem and those DNS settings didn't help.

*I finally got online but I still have connection problems every once and an while.
