I saw someone say this, which is saying that a 10* S rank rod can be dropped from a "(forget name) 10* Rod board from Onma S. "

And I am here to ask, what is an Onma S. And where is this monster found?

I don't remember if I have ever seen an Onma S.

Anyways, I was talking about the chests that appear after you kill Onmagoug. The board appears at a very low chance from those.
