I was playing this Sunsoft knockoff Street Fighter for the SNES earlier today, World Heroes.

The end game boss is named GEEGUS, no joke.
Bald and grey, ripped as a weight lifting looking guy.

All he did was morph into other ingame characters like the Rasputin and was able to be hit when he was morphing. Easiest/worst boss ever.
