Our numbers haven't been very good this week.

It seems they aren't responding to all of the previous methods. In fact, they seem to be aware of them at this point, and grow aggressive during their use. Be careful not to be too obvious when gaining attention. Try to make it as seamless as possible.

I understand how difficult it is at this point, as it seems every action is suspect. But we can't just give up. We don't want to make everything we've worked for insignificant. We need to find a way to keep our numbers up without endangering the entire project.

We need to play on the few things we still have left. Innocence, sympathy, empathy, understanding, 'honesty'. These have been found to be the most effective low risk implementations. If you can't fake them, then don't try. You'll only make it worse. Anger and aggressions also score high, but the risk involved it too great. Don't attempt to implement these strategies unless you have experience with them, or are with someone who does and feels confident in their ability to control them.

All the other basic rules still apply. We aren't straying very far from the original design at this point, just adjusting a few of it's implementations. This change does actually increase the opportunity for growth, however the outcome has become a bit more uncertain. Until we are able to accurately calculate the outcome don't try anything drastic. And above all don't jeopardize the integrity of the operation. We've had enough close calls at this point that have set us back deep into the red. We don't need to make it any worse.

Once the testing is done, and a solid team is built, we will be able to continue at a steady pace. But for now we need to just continue as is. Please don't get too agressive with the other operatives. I know these are high profile spots, but causing obvious problems is only going to make things worse for everyone. If someone else is holding the spot then do what you can to assist them. At least that will gain you a peripheral.

And for the record, I don't subscribe to any of this crap. Good luck.

Nevermind.

It seems Jehosaphaty has it all planned out for us. Just disregard this thread so that Jehosaphaty may lead the way uninhibited.

I generally shun leadership positions. Don't be dissapointed, it's me, not you.

To hell with that you're the leader tell them it's there fault THEN leave just for kicks, there is nothing they can do about it.
