Luck has no effect on Synthesis probability (though some have speculated it does affect the %s on Hunter weapons).

Luck has nothing to do with synth success, only elemental %.

I agree, but if you are worried farm B with your new job and synth tommorrow. Think all our stats will be signifigantly lower than our lvl 10 basic jobs.

Im not sure whos right, most likely psupedia though, but psupedia says luck only affect grinding and NOTHING else, so unless you plan on grinding like a mofo on friday, don't trip.

Luck effects drop rates and grinding. This has been confirmed by information published in the "Pefect Bible" Japanese guide for PSU.

i know.. i know.. i'm wrong. but i once again have to say may peace. i think there has to be some kind of hidden stat that luck has on synthing, or i am the only person on psu who has 100% chance for synths. ever since my first synth of a rappy tail failed, i only synth items with less than a 70% on luck days and i have yet to fail anything.

well i was going to edit my post but i accidentally banned myself lol XD anyways it was a synth of a rappy tail and this also goes for both mine and my girlfriends synths.
