it seems to me like this update tommorow is going to be like a re opening of psu judging by the way people are so excited...whats your opinion?

yeah you seem right... of course.. the update is way bigger... i mean if we would just have the update...we would have expert classes and some missions... but no de ragan etc.

sure the update is nice, and yes it increases the fun but mebbe the "PSU" time we had before was there so we could prepare for the stuff that comes to us. i mean, why having S rank missions and stuff if you cant use it yet? sure it took some time until the updates came out but better able to play and prepare then just to sit there without any game.

I would say it is. I mean I have not been even playing PSU for the past 2 weeks or so. I have just been waiting for the update so that I will have something else to do besides grind missions that wont give me any exp. Sure I could get money. But where is the fun in that having every single new item right when it is released.

Leave in 10 days as a result of subscriptions expiring and not being reactivated I'd assume.

Well I don't know about other people but I will keep my Subscription as long as I have the $10 in my account to pay for it, when the I can get the Higher subscription I will get that one, I love PSU, I was so mad when the Dreamcast Servers cut off for PSO but I guess that was Inevidable. LOL

I'm well off using msot of what its going to be offering (advanced classes for example) aside from maybe a few weapons and the SUVs, oh and some Parts, but then I also need Meseta for them, which I have next to nothing of.

I can't wait for the update.

Even if we were only getting the expert classes, it'd still add a whole new dimension to the game, and there'd be a lot of variety in parties.

I can see a lot of people being online tommorrow for the update. And a lot of Axes being swung.

Personally I'm not as hyped as i was when the game came out. Because when the game game out the forums were alot more activite and anticipative and people goofing around saying they had a copy and other saying they had photoshopped it, it was just a glob of hyped for about 2 days then it calmed down.

Now with this update comming out we know what to expect before most people weren't like zomg, i must have it. Since it's not really a tangible object it seems less wanting, at least to me anywayz. That and it seems like less people are excited about it and seem more serious.

In either case back in either case Release > Update. At least for the release i got to bug EB game employees, can't really bug STA cause all they really do is ignore people ^_^;;;.

Sure the game will be better than release, yet the population certainly will not increase by very much, and definately no where near the launch date population +3600 on at a single time. I screened the server status menu at its highest state (Universes 1,2, &3 were all 900-1000 players and various other universes had 100-200 players in them as well.

The population at 'primetime' tomorrow will probably be at its peak, but it'll wittle down. PSU isn't going to get any bigger than this for a few months.
