Cast hunter, named "Levia". Finally online after beating story and getting a lv100 cast with lv10 hunter and ranger. Anyway, I was wondering what I should currently hunt for. I'm currently using a pikenata with a recently bought Dus Daggas. I still have the entry level armor, saber, and handgun. I'm in love with daggers, both twin and single, so that'll be a choice in the future.
What should I aim for with my pathetic level? Should I save up for higher level items, or buy when I get the chance? Are there any items I should buy right now? When should I consider leveling my PM? I'd like to synth things rather than buy them, should I bother?

Check the store tommorow, there will be some things you'll love to buy...

Hmm... You can either go for a 450 to heal you ( But they are broken until further updates), or you can go for a fighting ally such as the 420( They are powerful when going up against bosses and etc. but their status is very gimped when you synth products.) Your best bet is the 410 since you like Daggers. Mind as well synthesize your own weaponry? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

As for leveling and etc., you should focus on gathering money and materials, even though tommorow's a new update, you've just freshly stuck a toe into the online world. Just take your time and venture around, dont need to rush like most of us are already doing.

They're selling gigalines in the store soon, right? I love that armor almost as much as I love the S rank armors. Slots in everything that would possibly matter in a hunter, maybe even ranger.

Will they also add to the synth shops? Being able to buy items straight from the NPC would be great, especially since my only source of income is low level C rank missions.

Another thing I should ask, what's the ideal level to do a run? Should I be the same level as the monsters I fight? Obviously, fighting things ten levels higher than myself isn't smart.

As for the PM, I'm rather set on getting the 430. I think its visual appearance is worth more than added soloability and the 30 levels of power I'll miss out on.


Oh right, the store ticket. I guess I'll save up for that now, though 15k is rather pricey. I hope I can get enough before lv20.

Yes. They're going to add more synthesis boards in the synth shops according to some people here in PSOW. They will even add more synth ingredients to the store, so if you don't get a chance to buy the low priced items now, it's going to inflate tommorow.

The ideal lvl would probably be higher than the monster. But you can usually pass with a good team or group.

Okay, so my being forced to fight monsters three levels higher than myself is a bad thing (currently lv7).
I like being able to synth anything I want. That's something I never had online. Always forced to buy ugly things...
Of course, the only reason why I want to synth is for prettiness. I guess at low levels, I can just synth ice items, but at higher levels I want holy weaponry.
Also, when I said I loved daggers, I forgot to mention that I have a lance fetish. I get sexually excited at the thought of one or more blades (even none) attached to the ends of a long, thin item. As such, I am very devoted to spears at the moment. Luckily, they seem to be the best weapons, and have two of the best PAs I've seen yet. As such, daggers are going to be seconded to spears any time I have to choose.

Hm... hmmm.. commenting is hard on that one lol. But you should stick to a 410 pure Strike PM since you're going for weaponry... But I dont understand why you have chosen a force? Are you a Newman?

Erm, the first thing I wrote was that I'm a cast hunter. Force is the last job I'd level.
I really don't want to make a 410. Those things are just too bubbly. 430 fits my style much more.

I have a simpler question now. How do you take pictures in the PC version? I'd like to be able to show off to friends and such, ask them if they like my character.
