Online Story Mode

Okay, so I went to the Guardians HQ in Guardians Colony and it offered me the first online story mission. I went to it and it started giving me a little bit of a prelude, but then PSU crashes. I notice that when I logged on today, I didn't get a new patch or anything. Is that data missing? Has this happened with anyone else?

What version you're on may help.

I'm on the 360 and I had no problem.

Eh, PC/PS2. I'm thinking some error kept me from patching. Is there any way I could force PSU to filecheck?

There wasnt a patch for the update content. Probably just some server-side changes.

As for the story mode... whoa.

I played throuhg it on PC just fine.






*spoiler* Wow, I think Ethan got god/battle god/walk all on at the same time. Using that sword in the speed of a dagger. I wonder if ethan will become something like olga flow, or maybe his dad will.

Well, I'm pretty pissed off now. It just causes the game to shut off for no reason. Noone? Noone else has had this problem?

Did you reboot and try to start it again? coulda just been a random crash, if not i don't know, worked fine for me and i must say altho extremely easy, was a nice mission, cant wait for the rest to be unlocked.

Out of curiosity, did you get both the Neta Note and [B] HarisenBattleFan? Not sure how rare they are, since both dropped...

Okay, I tried rebooting. Same error. Tried changing resolution, closing background programs, using full-screen, none of it works. Nothing but a 'PSU.exe has caused an error and needs to close.' No info on it on the official site either, I searched. I suppose I need to reinstall.

I got a Neta Note and a Drop of some sort. The description is "A candy with a dark aura surrounding it."

I also got an Omega Acid from one of the robots.

Just so you know, if this reinstall doesn't work, I'll officially hate you all...

Could my Windows x64 be the problem? ._.; I haven't had any troubles with Story, Extra, or Network, but this is just messing with me.

i got that error when trieing to enter dragon runs today, a reinstall solved any problem....

i play on 360 so i cant help but, check your files and make sure nothing duplicates, my steam did taht, and delete all other additive folders and then uninstall/reinstall if you did that im sorry i cannot help you

Okay, Ethan's a total asshole. Has anyone kicked his ass? Does it change anything? And the last question, does the level of the missions increase at 35 or 60?

i didnt get anything but the Candy, =( the fans can drop though? might have to try it again.

Online story mode is a welcome addition to online play. Unless you beaten the story mode offline you will be left out of the loop of the story concerning PSU.
