How do you make a Derjagnas?

In the item database there is a 6* Twin Blade called the Derjagnas which is a Kubara weapon. I wanted to know if that can be created by substituting Kubara Wood in for something ( if so which board is it ) or do you need a specific board?

Hmm... I saw a board drop in LL S runs, but I only saw that it was 5 or 6* and started with De before it was picked up. I'm pretty sure thats it though.
