success rates

i got 65k for an 7star wpn and its PA, what should i buy? do they all have the same starting success rate or are some higher then others? the last thing i want is failing and wasting 60k and materials. my pm's stike is 65, and is lv 82.
what should i do?

you can buy 7 star weapons for cheaper in player shops, search around a little.

DO NOT SYNTH if you are short on cash. Let me tell you that i bought a Double Saber board this morning and i failed 2 of my synths. I have wasted a grand total for 100k so far. If the last synth fails tomorrow (newman F get lvl 2 luck) then i would have wasted 120k. Just save up some more money and buy the weapon already made. BTW to let you know, a lvl 100 strike PM gets 61% chance at this. My pm is 70 strike and i have a 57% chance. If you want to bite the bullet, then go ahead. Hope you dont end up like me.
