I was just wondering... how do you people with such high level characters have so much time to level up? I was just wondering how some of y'all are at levels like 160 already, while many other non-importers are at much lower levels. Especially those of you with four characters over level 100. I'm at Level 50 with my main character, 25, 20, and 5 with the other three. Do you not work, or leave the house to talk to friends or go outside at all? Some trick I don't know about? Just wondering...

I know some people who level up by just playing the game all day everyday. Right now I don't have the time to do that.
On pso, I have always been the one that would rather solo level than to play in team games. I still remain the same. All my pso time is spent leveling my character alone. I have found that the best way to level up, is to find the stage that can gain you the most exp in the shortest amount of time. On v2 the best place was doing heatsword over and over. I would do that quest everyday for 12-15 hours a day. That is how I got to level 200 on v2. Currently I only have time to devote 3 to 5 hours a day to pso. I found on gamecube the best way to level up is to do offline ultimate mines and the quest doc's secret plan over and over. I can get about 112k in about 30-35 min. Now in 2 weeks my winter break starts, it does not end until Jan. 22nd. Durning that time will be able to go at full steam by playing 12-18 hours a day. I should be at 200 so enough. The only thing that might slow me down is getting the fixed jp version. I will have to find all my items again. Hopefully the fix will not be ready for purchase until end of Dec., then it will not matter much. I should be 190 by Christmas.

I don't know how they do it, I barely have any time to play so I get in like 1-4 hours a day. Right now I'm level 44 with my main character.

Really, I only get a chance to play about an hour a day, when I'm lucky an hour and a half. I just do ultimate forest runs, soon to be mines if I can ever get strong enough for caves =( Right now I'm lv 98, because I did quite a bit of power lvling @ launch.

I'm level 116, been playing mostly Multi-player with a friend that comes over each night after work and during the day when not at work. I've not been much of a "outside" person since a friend that use to live down the street from me moved a few years back. I have a life, but I try not to make it known too much http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Holy cow, Mines? What spells/weapon do you use? I can't get Megid to kill a gillchic at all, even though my Megid works fairly well in seabed. Foie kills stuff in 2/3 hits but this never really struck me as the best leveling spot. I'll have to check out doc's secret plan later though http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Probably has to do with the monster resistances. I bet Gilchics have high resistance to Megid... after all, it doesn't make sense for a death spell to affect a machine. And you use Foie on Gilchics? I thought they were weak against Zonde?
Anyway, I bet that the best area to level up is different from class to class and player to player...

*tests*
Foie vs Gillchich = 790 damage
Zonde vs Gillchich = 0 damage
Translation: Sonic Team likes to change the resistances as much as possible (normal, ult, vr stages, online) to annoy forces. For example, VR Spaceship gills are weakest to barta

Here's my 2 cents, I currently have 2 characters I switch on and off but right now Im mostly playing my HUmar he's lvl 69 right now. My RAmarl is 89. I wanna hit at least 100 before I play my RAmarl again but is so hard cause my RAmarl is Skyly and finds rares with ease. My HUmar is Purplenum, eww, but Im content on finding rares with him. But as far as time, i work a 7 hr shift during the week and when i get home around 10:30PM I play PSO till 6AM.....on wekends I play about 10 hrs. But as far as these lvl 160's....it's beyond me, must be on vacation from thier job. And to be honest, not to offend anyone, have a limited social life, because thats what it takes to get that high that quick. No jealousy involved. Peace.

You need to be able to do over 300 with rafoie in mines. For 1 or 2 enemies left in a room use foie. My foie does over 650 to enemies in offline mines. Don't bother with megid at all. Stick with rafoie and foie. Skip the boss if you feel it will take you longer than 5 minutes to beat. Pipe up and go do doc's secret plan. After you finish the quest, kill the enemies in the remaining rooms. When you reach the end, quit the game and repeat everything. I have been doing that since level 115. I have a level 163 character to show for it.
The person that is 190 on import, does offline ultimate mines to level up too. That is how I found out about it.

i have a sacred cloth, it takes a level req. of 144 ...my DC reiken only got to 135 . i hate high lvs cuz everything becomes so monotonous and i cant tolerate that for very long, not even in a game i love.
Currently i am somewhat jobless, and i live with my friends so theres no real reason for me to go out.
Reiken- 111 humar
Kawaii_Poy- 45 Fomar
Poy (SESSHOU)- 8 Hucaseal
Ceilla- 36 RAmarl
Rubyon_- 1 humar
Hunk-1 RAmar
Poy~GAMMA~ - 4 racast
Kora- 1 hunewearl
and yes i do intend to level all of them up at least to 50 when i feel up to it. im finding my FOmar to be highly addictive
